Trond Frantzen

Trond Frantzen is Managing Partner of The PowerStart Group, a national boutique consulting firm. He is a business leader, an analyst, and a prolific author who has led business development consulting with scores of major clients across the U.S., Canada, and elsewhere. 

Previously, for 17 years, he was the CEO of a multi-national business analysis consulting and training  company, with consultants across the United States and Canada. 

In addition to developing (and publishing) the PowerStart Business Analysis methodology, he has delivered highly agile business consulting services to scores of clients. He specializes in business development strategy, project rescue, and business system requirements analysis.

He has authored several books on business analysis and on the environment and sustainability.
