The PowerStart "Scaling Smart Business Growth" Workshops will put you on a path to successfully build your business – or to redirect it.

• Foundation Discovery Session: We’ll ask you – as company stakeholders – a series of self-assessment questions about different aspects of the business and your own preparedness to grow the business from its current state. This will help clarify your thinking and “go forward” strategies.

• Marketing & Sales + Financial Management + Operations Management + Team & Time Management: These sections of the Workshop will guide you with specific questions about each area; questions about issues you'll need to review, and possibly even reconsider what you’re doing now. Your answers will enable your company to succeed with sales revenue, customer acquisition, and profit increase. Your takeaway from this self-managed session is a list of all the things you need to work on to develop an enhanced growth strategy, and a better focus on what you need to do to bring your company to where you want to be.

• Stakeholder Review & Go Forward Plan: We'll finish up by reviewing your consolidated Parking Lots, based on your action items, resulting in a finalized “Go Forward Plan”. The resulting "Go Forward Plan" is your prescription to successfully build your business to where you want it to be, in the key business areas.

BONUS: 

• Monthly follow-up: A PowerStart Senior Partner will follow-up with you each month by Zoom for a one-hour progress meeting (at no additional charge) to determine how you are doing working against the “Go Forward Plan”. We will provide ongoing guidance as necessary to support your progress. This will be done monthly for a period of eleven (11) months.

• Annual follow-up: In the twelfth month after your “Go Forward Plan” is produced, we will have the final review of your progress against the “Go Forward Plan”, and the adjustments that may be needed. We will provide guidance to support your ongoing oprogress.
